In Loving Memory of My Beautiful Son, Chadwick Maxwell Fey 🤍🕊️

Chad was smart, kind, funny, and full of life. He had a beautiful smile, a heart full of love, and so much life ahead of him. Unfortunately, on July 31, 2025, at just 17 years old, I lost my beautiful son to an unintentional shooting while he was at work. He gained access to a firearm that was not properly secured, and that moment changed our lives forever.

My sweet Chad, I will miss you every single day. I will continue to speak your name in rooms where your story needs to be heard and where change needs to occur. Your life mattered, and I will do everything I can to make sure your story is never forgotten.

Every morning when I wake up and every night before I close my eyes, I envision your beautiful eyes and your face. I see the signs you send me, and I wish those moments could last just a little longer. I wish I could see you again, hear your voice, feel your embrace, and tell you how much I love you.

Just one more time. If only I could have one more moment with you.

Until we meet again, I will carry you in my heart, honor your memory, and continue to be your voice.
